Spicy Pea Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. dry split peas
1 carrot, grated
1 onion, chopped
1 ham hock
1 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash of cayenne pepper
2 qt. water
1 can beef broth
Preparation

Put all ingredients in crock-pot.
Cook on low for 20 to 24 hours.
Serves 6 to 8.
