Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. shrimp
    1 can tomato paste
    2 cans tomato sauce
    2 bay leaves
    salt to taste
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. onions
    1 c. bell pepper
    1 c. celery
    dash of crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except shrimp.
    Bring mixture to a sudden boil, then simmer.
    Let simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir frequently.
    The last 15 minutes of cooking time, add cleaned shrimp.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Can be served chilled over green salad.
