Wheat Germ Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Bisquick
    1/3 c. wheat germ
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick, wheat germ and sugar in large bowl.
    In small bowl, combine egg, water, peanut butter and vanilla.
    Beat mixture smooth with mixer.
    Add egg mixture to dry ingredients; stir until moistened (don't over mix).
    Spoon into muffin tin.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 6.
