Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion (optional)
taco chips
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (16 oz.) can chili
2 grated Cheddar cheese
1 small can chopped black olives
salt and pepper
Preparation

Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan with broken taco chips. Brown ground beef with onion.
Spread on top of taco chips.
Then spread tomato soup, next, mushroom soup and next, chili over mixture.
Sprinkle chopped olives over this and top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
