Easy Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust pie shell
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
Preparation

Combine
ingredients in mixer
except
for
the
crust. Beat eggs in one at a time.
Pour
into unbaked graham cracker crust. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at
350\u00b0.
Chill
and serve with your favorite topping.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
