2 c. granulated sugar
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oats (quick)
4 c. cornflakes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine sugars, oil, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl.
Mix well.
Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add sugar, oil and egg mixture, then oats and cornflakes.
Mix thoroughly.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes or to desired brownness. If making smaller cookies, bake at 325\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. Yield:
6 dozen or more.
