Ginger Crinkles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. molasses
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. granulated sugar for dipping
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix oil and sugar thoroughly.
    Add egg and beat well.
    Stir in molasses.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add.
    Drop teaspoonfuls into sugar and form into balls coated with sugar.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet 3-inches apart.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
    Remove to wire rack.
    Cookies will flatten and crinkle.
    Makes about 5 dozen.
