Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. milk
8 oz. shredded cheese
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Cook broccoli as directed on package.
Mix soup and milk together.
Layer broccoli alternately with soup mixture and cheese in casserole dish.
Mix melted butter with the crushed crackers. Put on top of broccoli.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until heated throughout.
