Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 stick softened margarine
1 lb. box powdered sugar (3 1/2 c.)

Preparation

Sprinkle pecans and coconut on bottom of greased/floured 9 x 13 pan. Mix the cake mix according to directions and pour over pecans and coconut. (Can use other cake mix.) Mix the cream cheese, margarine and powdered sugar. Spoon over cake and bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 50 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting.
