Broccoli And Onions In Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
    1/2 c. small frozen whole onions
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 oz. Neufchatel cheese or 2 oz. (1/4 c.) reduced-calorie soft-style cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and onions together in a medium saucepan (use package directions for broccoli).
    Drain, reserving 1/4 cup of the liquid, and set vegetables aside.
