Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground Italian sausage
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 large jar spaghetti sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1 egg
    16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic and meats.
    Drain grease and add sauce, parsley, salt, pepper, basil and oregano.
    Simmer 45 minutes.
    Mix all cheeses and egg.
    Sprinkle with parsley and oregano.
    In a large rectangular baking dish, place in layers sauce, lasagna and cheese mixture.
    Repeat layers ending with a layer of lasagna covered with sauce.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
