Butternut Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. mashed butternut squash, cooked
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Combine spices and sugar.
    Add to squash.
    Beat eggs and add to squash.
    Add milk and margarine.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
    Cover with crushed Ritz crackers and bake until set, another 30 minutes.
