Pot Of Collards - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 salted pig tails or salted meat
salt and pepper to taste
arm full collards
1/4 to 1/2 c. Crisco oil
sugar (optional)
8 to 10 Irish potatoes
8 to 10 ears corn-on-the-cob
3 to 4 corn meal dumplings
Preparation

In a large cooking pot filled halfway full of water, boil the pig tails or side meat.
(Make sure you have washed off the salt.) Boil until it is tender.
