Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1/2 green pepper
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 can tomato soup
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Slice and cook carrots; add green pepper and onion.
    Heat vinegar, oil, sugar, tomato soup and mustard.
    Pour over carrots. Marinate overnight.
    Serve either hot or cold.
    Serves 10.
