Mixed Up Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 c. cooked rice (yellow, white or brown)
3/4 c. raisins
1 c. black olives
1 c. green peas
1 c. chopped red pepper
fat-free salad dressing (vinaigrette or Italian)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Sprinkle paprika on top for color. Chill.
