Veal Scaloppine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 pieces pounded veal
    flour
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 pinch garlic
    1 tsp. butter
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. Sauterne
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    2 oz. stock
    2 oz. marinara
    1/2 c. au jus
    1/4 c. butter
    squeeze of lemon
Preparation
    Pound veal and dredge in flour.
    Place in a hot pan with olive oil, garlic, 1 teaspoon butter, salt and pepper.
    Turn meat and add remaining ingredients.
    Heat thoroughly and serve.
    Serves 2. Buono Appetito!
