Orange Nut Bread - cooking recipe

2 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
Stir in nuts and peel.
Combine egg, juice, and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened.
Pour into greased 8 1/2-inch by 4 1/2-inch by 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 55 minutes.
Remove from pan; cool on rack.
Wrap and store overnight.
