Garlic Shrimp And Linguini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. broccoli florets
3/4 c. oil
2 c. mushrooms, sliced
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. cooked shrimp
10 oz. linguini, cooked and buttered
1/2 c. grated cheese (Romano)
Preparation

Stir-fry broccoli in 1/4 cup oil for 5 minutes.
Add remaining oil.
Add mushrooms, shrimp, garlic, onion, lemon rind, salt and pepper.
Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Add to buttered linguini. Sprinkle with Romano.
Toss well.
