Cheese - Coconut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (3 oz. each) Roquefort cheese
    1 pkg. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, soften
    1 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) flaked coconut
Preparation
    Mash cheeses and combine them thoroughly with electric mixer. Chill for 1 hour.
    Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in coconut.
