Christmas Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    2 c. whole cranberries
    2 c. chopped apples
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, salt, soda and cinnamon.
    Coat raisins, nuts, cranberries and apples with some of the flour mix.
    Beat eggs slightly into oil.
    Add oil mixture and fruits to flour mix. Stir until moistened.
    Bake in greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
