Ten Minute Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 c. applesauce
1 box Sure-Jell
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cinnamon oil
7 c. sugar
8 drops red food coloring
1 pkg. hot drops (cinnamon candy)

Preparation

Heat applesauce and Sure-Jell.
Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil (10 minutes).
Can in hot jars.
Very good.
