Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms
    1/2 lb. hamburg
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers, fine
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    soy sauce
    1 egg yolk
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 minced garlic clove
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms and chop fine.
    Marinate crowns in soy sauce for 1/2 hour.
    Mix remaining ingredients with stems. Fill crowns with stuffing. Brush tops with soy sauce.
    Broil for 8 to 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Place on middle rack.
