Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 strips bacon
    1/2 c. red pepper
    sliced scallions
    1 can chicken broth
    1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
    2 Tbsp. cream
Preparation
    Dice and saute bacon until crisp.
    Pour off fat.
    Add red pepper and sliced scallions.
    Cook 4 minutes.
    Add chicken broth and creamed corn.
    Add cream.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Serves approximately 4.
