Ingredients

3 c. cooked beets
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. beet juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. butter
Preparation

Mix sugar and cornstarch.
Add beet juice and vinegar.
Cook on medium heat until thick.
Add salt and butter; then add beets. Cover and continue cooking about 10 minutes.
