Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. lemon juice and rind
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients in order listed.
Bake in an 8-inch square cake pan for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove from oven and spread with mixture of remaining ingredients, mixed in order listed.
Return to oven and bake 20 minutes longer at 350\u00b0.
When the cookie mixture is cold, spread with the glaze.
