Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. hash brown potatoes (24 or 32 oz.)
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup (no water)
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, soup, sour cream and cheese together.
    Put in 11 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed.
    Cut 1 stick of butter into cubes and place on top of crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
