Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large lemons
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    16 oz. sliced mushrooms
    seasoned salt
    lemon pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. white wine
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and lemon pepper.
    Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes; brown in the butter.
    Cut lemons into small wedges; squeeze onto chicken.
    Add mushrooms; cook until tender.
    Add the white wine; cook 2 minutes.
    Remove the lemons. Pour off liquid and reserve.
    Brown chicken in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Serve over white rice and add liquid.
