Apricot Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
    1/4 c. apricot preserves
    1/4 c. Russian salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    1/2 tsp. ground coriander
    1/8 tsp. each: salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place chicken in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Combine preserves and remaining ingredients; pour evenly over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
