Squash Casserole Delight(Low-Fat Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 8 sliced squash
    salt and pepper
    1 onion, diced
    2 to 3 slices lite bread, crumbled
    garlic powder
    Butter Buds
    1 egg, beaten
    Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Boil squash in small amount of water until tender. Drain. Place in casserole dish when cooled.
    Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper and Butter Buds. Add onion. Stir in beaten eggs. Toast 2 to 3 slices of lite bread and crumble on top of casserole. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Add grated Cheddar cheese on top and bake 5 more minutes.
