Banana Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sugar
6 c. water
1 (46 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
1 (12 oz.) can thawed orange juice
5 very ripe bananas
juice of 2 lemons
Preparation

Boil sugar and water 3 minutes.
Cool.
Add juices.
Blend thoroughly bananas and add.
Mix all ingredients together and freeze.
Remove from freezer two hours before serving.
Mash or chop and add 2 quarts 7-Up just prior to serving.
