Pork Pimentos And Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. pork (about 1 lb.)
    2 to 3 cans pimentos
    1 round onion, chopped
    2 small bay leaves
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1 small piece ginger
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    The night before, brown the pork with ginger.
    The next day, heat the pork and ginger up again and add the round onion.
    Add the bay leaves and the tomato sauce; simmer until the meat is soft.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Add the peas and pimentos and cook for 3 minutes.
    Serve.
