Spaghetti Pie(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. spaghetti
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 lb. bulk Bob Evans sausage (may use half ground beef and half sausage)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation

Spoon cottage cheese on bottom of spaghetti crust.
Brown meat, onion and green pepper until vegetables are tender; drain. Add remaining ingredients.
Spoon over cottage cheese filling and crust (except Mozzarella).
Cover with foil; refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.
Bake, covered, for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Uncover and add Mozzarella cheese.
Bake 5 minutes more.
Let stand 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
