Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. nuts, chopped
3 c. raw sliced apples

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
