No Cook Strawberry Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie shell
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/3 c. fresh or bottled lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 pt. fresh strawberries
strawberry gel

Preparation

Beat until fluffy the softened cream cheese. Gradually add milk, stirring. Stir until mixed.
Add lemon juice and vanilla and mix well.
Pour into crust.
Chill 2 to 3 hours, then garnish with strawberry mixture and serve.
