Chicken In A Basket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 slice bread per person
1 egg per person
soft margarine
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Butter both sides of bread with soft margarine.
Cut hole in center of bread in any shape you desire.
Put bread in skillet and lightly brown on one side.
Turn bread over and place egg in center hole.
Cook egg and season to taste with salt and pepper. Flip over and finish cooking and browning.
Serve hot.
