Six Week Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, well beaten
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 (16 oz.) box Post Raisin Bran or Post Bran cereal
    2 c. English walnuts or pecans
    3 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. raisins or chopped dates
Preparation
    Mix and refrigerate overnight before baking.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    For 6 muffins, you may add 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, cranberry-orange relish or applesauce.
    Will keep for up to six weeks in refrigerator.
