Fat-Free Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/4 c. flour
4 egg whites
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c. Karo syrup
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray a 9-inch square pan with Pam. Combine dry ingredients.
In another bowl whisk egg whites, water and corn syrup.
Stir into dry ingredients until smooth.
Pour into pan.
Bake 30 minutes or until cake springs back.
Cool 10 minutes.
