Coconut Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, melted
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    4 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 small pkg. frozen coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour.
    Add butter and eggs.
    Mix well.
    Add buttermilk, coconut and vanilla.
    Put into 2 pie crusts and bake at 375\u00b0 until done, about 30 minutes.
