Tulsa Turkey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 to 2 c. cheese, grated (best with mixture of Cheddar and a bit of Parmesan)
salt and pepper
several drops Tabasco
several drops Beau Monde seasoning
2 or 3 c. turkey meat pieces
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1/2 to 1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower, thawed and cut into bite size pieces
Preparation

Melt butter in a large saucepan; stir in the flour and heat until mixture foams.
Remove from heat and add milk slowly.
Put pan over low heat and stir until thickened.
Add the cheeses and seasonings.
Add turkey, celery, olives, mushrooms and cauliflower, stirring gently.
Pour into greased casserole.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for at least 30 minutes until hot and bubbling.
Also works well baked and served in individual casseroles.
