Fruit Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. oleo
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
17 oz. fruit cocktail, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Line two loaf pans with foil, leaving 1/2-inch collar.
Grease foil.
Blend cream cheese, oleo, sugar and vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Gradually add flour and baking powder.
Fold in fruit and nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
