Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. margarine, melted
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
    pinch of baking soda
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar and flour.
    Add melted butter, blending well. Add beaten eggs.
    Combine soda and buttermilk, then add to mixture.
    Stir in lemon extract and rind.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes, or until brown and almost firm.
