German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes, boiled, peeled, and diced
5 strips bacon, sliced and cubed
2 pickles, sweet or sour, cut in small pieces
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
2 - 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise or more depending on size of potatoes
1/2 sm. Bouillon- beef or vegetable mixed with 1/4 c. hot water
Preparation

Boil potatoes.
When cool, peel and dice in bowl.
Cut raw bacon in small pieces, fry until crisp; set aside.
Add vinegar, bouillon and water to the pan where bacon is in.
Pour over potatoes.
Add pickles and boiled eggs and stir lightly.
Last enough mayonnaise to make it moist.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
