Pecan Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. light cream
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Butter sides of heavy 2-quart saucepan.
    Combine in saucepan cream and sugars.
    Cook on medium heat.
    Stir to boiling.
    Cook to 234\u00b0 soft ball stage.
    Remove from heat; add margarine.
    Stir in nuts.
    Beat until candy begins to thicken.
    Just when it begins to lose its glossy look, spoon out on wax paper.
    Makes about 36; store in tightly covered container.
