Banana Jelly Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. mashed bananas
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 2/3 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. soda
jelly
Preparation

Beat egg, oil, bananas and milk.
Stir in sugar.
Sift dry ingredients.
Add to wet mixture until moistened.
Put in greased tins.
Make depression in top of each with tip of spoon and fill with jelly.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
