Fish Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fish fillets, cut in triangles
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 sliced lemon
    flour
    2 c. pancake mix
    2 1/2 c. club soda
Preparation
    Dip floured fish in batter and let excess drop off.
    Deep fry 4 minutes each side.
    Drain on paper towel.
