Carrot Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 large egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease 12 muffin pan cups.
    In large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
    In medium bow, whisk carrots, egg, milk, oil, sugar and raisins.
    Stir into dry ingredients until combined.
    Spoon into prepared muffin pans. Bake for 20 minutes.
    Unmold and cool on wire rack.
    Makes 1 dozen.
