Bacon Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. softened cream cheese
    1 pkg. bacon
    parsley (optional)
    1 small loaf white bread
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Trim the crusts off all the slices of bread and cut in 1/4-inch lengthwise slices.
    In small bowl, mix softened cream cheese with the garlic.
    Spread cream cheese mix on each slice of bread and sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
    Roll each slice lengthwise and cut in half.
    Wrap each half with a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
    Place each pinwheel on a broiler rack and put under the broiler until the bacon is crisp.
