Mandarin Parfaits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cold milk
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1 small pkg. jello pudding (vanilla or French vanilla)
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
Preparation
    Stir milk, sour cream and almond extract in bowl.
    Add pudding mix.
    With electric mixer at low speed, beat until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
    Layer pudding and orange sections in individual parfait glasses.
    Chill for about 1 hour.
    Garnish with whipped topping.
