Calzone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
    1/4 lb. hot ham
    1/4 lb. Genoa salami
    1/4 lb. Mortadella
    1/4 lb. Provolone
    1/2 red pepper, sliced
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small can sliced black olives
Preparation
    Roll out dough to fit lengthwise on cookie sheet.
    Place on cookie sheet and set aside.
    Heat margarine in skillet.
    Saute red pepper until tender, then add mushrooms until golden.
    Remove with slotted spoon onto paper towels; drain well.
    Set aside.
    Layer hot ham, salami and Mortadella on dough.
    Next spoon pepper/mushroom mixture on top.
    Spoon black olives next, then layer with Provolone cheese.
    Fold dough over one, more than halfway and again on the other side.
    Pinch ends.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
