Five Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 large onion
    6 stalks celery
    6 to 8 carrots
    6 to 8 small potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Cut onion, celery, carrots and small potatoes into large chunks.
    Layer in order in roasting pan.
    Mix the soups together and pour over mixture. Sprinkle 1 package onion soup mix over top. Cover and bake 5 hours at 225\u00b0.
